Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Andrew Sheng (Third TIAC Chairholder)
Andrew Sheng is Pro-Chancellor of Bristol University and Distinguished Fellow, Asia Global Institute, University of Hong Kong, as well as Chairman, George Town Institute of Open and Advanced Studies, Wawasan Open University, Malaysia. He has a First Class Honours in Economics from Bristol University, and Honorary Doctorates from University of Bristol and University of Malaya. He is also Adjunct Professor at the Tsinghua University and University of Malaya. A former central banker and financial regulator, he currently writes on financial and economic issues for AsiaNewsNet and Project Syndicate, as well as Caijing and Caixin magazines in China.

Tan Sri Datuk Sheriff Kassim
Datuk Sheriff is an economics graduate from the University of Malaya. He also holds a diploma in Economic Development from Oxford University and a masters degree in economics from Vandebilt University, Tennessee, USA. He retired from the civil service in 1994 as Secretary General, Ministry of Finance, and was the first Managing Director of sovereign wealth fund Khazanah Nasional Berhad. He is active in G25 and oftenwrites to the media on matters of public interest.
 

Datuk Dr. R. Thillainathan
Dato Thillainathan holds a Class 1 Honours in Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Malaya, obtained his Master’s Degree and PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers Malaysia. He has been with the Genting Group since 1989. He also sits on the Boards of Allianz Malaysia Berhad, Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad, Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad, Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs Berhad and Public Investment Bank Berhad. Dato has extensive years of experience in finance and banking. He is the past President of Malaysian Economic Association. He is currently a director of Asia Capital Reinsurance Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Wawasan Open University Sdn Bhd, UM Holdings Sdn Bhd and a trustee of three companies limited by guarantee namely Child, Information, Learning and Development Centre, Yayasan MEA and Private Pension Administrator Malaysia.
